As Lead Creative, I established a pioneering Creative UX department and served as Product Design Architect of Citrix’s unified product experience across Cloud, SaaS, VM, and enterprise admin tools. I was responsible for designing innovative and intuitive interaction models and implemented a universal naming convention and advanced search capabilities, leveraging a world-class iconic language.

• Drove product design that contributed to a $2.5B product bundle valuation and 75+ industry awards. My leadership over eight years transformed a disparate collection of products into a unified multi-billion-dollar software bundle - resulting in more than 75 industry excellence awards and ‘Best of’ product recognitions, while also securing Citrix's status as a Platinum Partner for five consecutive years (2005–2011). The suite encompassed over 700 user interfaces compatible with all systems, devices, and browsers.

• Created a 1,500-icon visual language and asset system, saving Citrix $20M annually. Developed cross-platform visual architectures for Mac, Windows, Web, Linux, and all major mobile OS.

• I facilitated Product Design Training to enhance inter-team, cross-product, and cross-division collaboration. I fostered UX-focused communication and alignment with more than 75 global development teams, devised an iconic language to support globalized user experiences, and developed a CMS solution to address UI standards, asset management, and media repository.

• Managed multiple branding initiatives and information architecture improvements for Citrix product suites enterprise-wide (2003, 2007, 2010), achieving over 50 product design awards. Innovated an advanced iconic language comprising 1,500 visual metaphors, created a robust asset management strategy, and deployed custom asset tools, generating annual resource savings exceeding $20 million for Citrix.

• At Staples (2014–15), established a touch-first UX strategy and completed rebranding across the entire Staples ecosystem, including 20 mobile and 30 web products spanning five brands, 16 languages, and all major mobile platforms.

• At BCBSMA, contributed to the development of a comprehensive UX and product design solution, consolidating over 1,000 disparate sites into a cohesive, dynamic, and responsive ecosystem. Leveraged industry-leading third-party tools and Acquia CMS, implementing a mobile-first UX design approach for improved customer and partner engagement.
